Alongside is intended for parents and the support-team members they invite. Users must provide accurate account information and keep access credentials secure.
Appropriate use
Use Alongside to record respectful, relevant observations about a child's support journey. Do not use it for unlawful surveillance, harassment or emergency communication.
No diagnosis or medical advice
Alongside organises observations. It does not diagnose conditions, provide medical advice or replace qualified professional judgement.
Availability
Alongside is currently pre-launch. Paid service terms, billing details and cancellation mechanics will be presented before any subscription begins.
Your records
Families retain responsibility for deciding who can access their child's space and for exporting information they need to keep.
